Whether you come from Madrid or Burgos, or from Álava or La Rioja, or from Asturias, Cantabria or the north of the Basque Country, you must first follow the N623 (Burgos-Santander) to Escalada (kilometer 61), where the BU643 road begins. Then you will be just five kilometers to Orbaneja del Castillo.
If you come from the west, from León or Palencia, you must first reach Aguilar de Campoo, and then take the N611 road towards Reinosa for just 3 kilometers, until Quintanilla de las Torres. Then you must continue along the CA272 road to Villanueva de la Nía. Then take the CA272 road to Polientes, and continue along the CA274, CA275 and BU643 to Orbaneja del Castillo.
On the part of the road, Orbaneja del Castillo has several Parking where vehicles can be parked. There are about 600 meters from them to our rural hotel, along steep slopes. Our rural hotel is in the highest part of the town, at the end of Calle de La Iglesia.
