General booking conditions
• Entrance schedule is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
• Maximum departure time is at 12:00.
• In case of any incident that may delay your arrival you should contact the accommodation to confirm this.
• Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the establishment.
Online booking conditions
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation:
• No charge will be made if the client cancels or modifies the reservation more than 2 days before the arrival date.
• There will be a charge for the first night if the client cancels or modifies during the 2 days before the arrival date.
• Customers will be charged for the first two nights if they do not cancel or attend.
Room special conditions
• The rooms have a daily cleaning service, unless the client waives this right.
• Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
• If you need an extra bed, the rate is € 20 per day.
• On long weekends a minimum of 2 nights will be required to reserve.
Special conditions for booking apartments and houses
• The tourist apartments and tourist dwellings will not have daily cleaning service and will be equiped with bed linen and towels that will be changed every three days at the request of the client.
• Pets are allowed in the apartments and houses for € 8 per day.
• On long weekends a minimum of two nights will be required to reserve.
• The tourist apartments and tourist dwellings, although they are attached to the rural hotel, are independent buildings.
